This course is provided by South Central Public Health Partnership and will require a secondary login and/or registration.

 

This course provides an overview of the importance of integrating strategic and budget planning, the types and concepts of budgeting, the application of budgeting as a managerial tool, and budget planning and management. This course includes a case study examining Jefferson County (Alabama) Department of Health (JCDH) Budget Systems.
